  1. I have to start with the obvious: UCLA’s uniforms are beautiful. The blue home uniforms are obviously better, but for a school that’s more known for their basketball program than football, they have to be right up there with any school’s uniforms.
  2. When the rumors popped up during the week that Nick Singleton was banged up, I was hoping that Penn State was going to just put him on the shelf for the UCLA game. While Singleton did dress and technically was available, he saw no work and likely was just serving as a “break in case of emergency” option.
