Penn State running back Saquon Barkley has declared for the 2018 NFL Draft. No surprise here, Barkley is the top running back in college football. He has the speed, agility, balance, vision, and power that leaves NFL scouts drooling. Given the success of rookie running backs recently, there's a good chance he's the first non-quarterback taken.

"Saquon has left a legacy both on and off the field that will long be remembered by the Penn State community," head coach James Franklin said.
Barkley announced the move on his Instagram, writing "Farewell Penn State, thank you for everything."
In his final game, he ran for 137 yards and two touchdowns on just 18 carries, leading the Nittany Lions to a 35-28 win over Washington in the Fiesta Bowl.
