SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The Tigers made it six-straight wins on Sunday after taking down the Santa Clara Broncos 4-1, securing the series sweep and making it two-straight sweeps over a West Coast Conference foe. It is the first back-to-back three-game sweep of a conference opponent since 2012 when the Tigers were part of the Big West and defeated UC Riverside before taking down Cal State Fullerton.
Marissa Young got her second win in just as many days, going all seven with six strikeouts and no earned. Cassidy Gustafson went 3-for-3 with two doubles and a triple as Pacific registered 11 hits in the contest.
