STOCKTON, Calif. - The women's tennis team kick off its three-match homestand this Friday at 2 PM when they take on San Francisco Academy of Art at the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center. The Tigers will then go up against Nevada this Sunday at noon.
The Orange and Black are looking to snap their two-match losing streak after falling to Air Force 6-1 and UC Davis 5-2 this past month. Against the Aggies, Maayan Sela and Anna Ramos Vinolas won their respective singles matches at the one and three spots both in three sets.
The Academy of Art Urban Knights are a perfect 6-0 this season and are riding an eight-match winning streak dating back to the end of last season.
