Stockton, Calif. – The Tigers welcome the University of New Mexico to Knoles Field for the first time this Sunday, August 28th at 1 PM. It will be just the second time that these two teams have squared off against one another, with the first meeting ending in a 2-1 victory for the Orange and Black at the Saint Mary's Classic during the 2013 season.
In their season opener this past week, Pacific fell 2-0 to Cal Poly as the offense struggled to find the back of the net. The Mustangs scored both their goals within a five-minute span towards the end of the first half to head into the intermission with a comfortable lead.
