Stockton, Calif. - The Pacific women's basketball team controlled the second half en route to a 74-52 win over Nevada Thursday at the Alex G. Spanos Center. Hailie Eackles led a balanced attack with 16 points while Ameela li posted a career-best nine assists to go with 10 points. Emily Simons chipped in 15 points on 7-of-11 shooting while Desire Finnie added 10 points.
The Tigers never trailed as they posted their third win in a row and improved to 7-4 on the season. Pacific got more and more crisp as the game progressed, committing just four second-half turnovers.
