SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Pacific women's track and field team completed competition at the Jamie Nieto Invitational in Sacramento on Friday.
The meet, which was hosted by Sacramento City College at Hughes Stadium, competed in a total of four total events.
TRACK EVENTS
Emma Winkler led three Pacific runners in the 1500 meter run, winning the event and recording a new personal best with a time of 4:53.40. Skylar Duignan (5:20.66) and Anna Martinez (5:22.46) finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
In another distance event, Kimberly Villegas shined as she recorded a third place finish in the 5,000 meter run.
