We're talking about practice

STOCKTON – Jack Williams sat out last season as a transfer from Long Beach State.

He watched the Pacific men’s basketball program endure an NCAA investigation during the season, and he watched the team fight with all it had, yet finish with losing overall and conference records under an interim head coach.

Williams stayed in Stockton over the summer and worked on his game under a new coaching staff. The proof his resiliency and hard work have paid dividends certainly has been evident through four games.

The 6-foot-8, 220-pound redshirt sophomore from Porter Ranch has scored 17 points off the bench in each of his last two games and provided the Tigers (2-2) a spark entering today’s game at 7 p.
