STOCKTON - T.J. Wallace finished his finals on Monday. That gave the Pacific senior point guard time to concentrate on his next game, and that brought more relief, too.
After a three-game slide, the Tigers got back into the win column with a 66-57 victory over North Carolina A&T on Thursday night at Spanos Center.
Wallace finished with 15 points, making all six of his free throws in the final 47 seconds to give Pacific some breathing room against the pesky Aggies.
Wallace became the 27th player in Pacific history to reach 1,000 points on a jumper with 9:06 left in the first half.
