Van Wyk Named NFHCA All-American

STOCKTON, Calif. - Kriekie van Wyk picked up her second All-American award of the season today after being named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association's All-American Second Team. Van Wyk was also named a Synapse Sports All-American earlier this week, making her the sixth individual in Pacific field hockey history to be named an All-American.

The South African led the Tigers with 22 goals and 13 assists for 57 points this year, topping the team in goals and points. She was in the top five in the nation in goals, assists, and points as well as the highest scoring player in all of California.
