UC Davis outslugs Pacific women's basketball

STOCKTON – Chelsea Lidy scored a career-high for the third consecutive game, but the Pacific women’s basketball team couldn’t handle UC Davis’ interior players in a 95-87 loss on Monday at Spanos Center.

Lidy, a 5-foot-9 sophomore guard from Torrance, tallied a game-high 23 points and helped pick up some of the slack with the Tigers’ leading scorer and rebounder, GeAnna Luaulu-Summers, at home with a concussion, which she suffered late in Friday’s overtime win at San Jose State. Luaulu-Summers, who averaged 15 points and 7 rebounds entering Monday, is day-to-day. Her status is unknown for Friday’s game against Montana State at Spanos Center.
