SAN BRUNO, Calif. - Tonko Vuko of the Pacific men's basketball team garnered West Coast Conference All-Academic honorable mention honors.
Vuko (Health, Exercise and Sport Science, 3.22 GPA) has appeared in 22 games for the Tigers this season, 14 of which were starts. The senior averages 3.8 points per game this year as well as 4.4 rebounds which is the fourth-highest on the team. The Split, Croatia native is also shooting 53 percent from the floor this year and 75 percent from the free-throw line.
The Tigers will wrap the regular season at Santa Clara Thursday and at home Saturday against Loyola Marymount before heading to the West Coast Conference Championship in Las Vegas, March 3-7.
