PROVO, UTAH - The women's cross country tied for 8th place on Saturday afternoon at the WCC Championships.
Great course and great weather made for a competitive race as individual Jasmine Gonzalez placed 18th in the women's 6k event to lead the Orange and Black. This would the highest placing by a Pacific runner in program history.

- Lap 1 (1st 2k): The Pacific Tigers went out smart and found themselves in perfect position to have a strong race. Tiger leader Jasmine Gonzalez was in 30th position and fellow teammates Emma Winkler and Saira Purhar followed along in the top 50.
