STOCKTON, Calif. - The Pacific women's basketball team fell to Fresno State Saturday at Stockton Arena, 74-67. GeAnna Luaulu-Summers led the Tigers with 15 points, while Eli Lopez Sagrera and Callie Owens each chipped in 12. Desire Finnie added 11.
Fresno State began the game with an 8-0 run and never trailed. Pacific and Fresno each turned in a hot shooting night from three-point range, as the Tigers hit 9-of-18 to start before missing three in the final seconds, while Fresno State connected on 9-of-18 from deep.
After the first 4:32 of the game, the Tigers played the Bulldogs even, but couldn't overcome the cold start.
