STORRS, Conn. - The Pacific field hockey team fell to host #2 Connecticut Friday evening with a score of 6-2. Gaby de Kock and Savannah Burns each notched goals for Pacific.
The Tigers got on the board first with a goal from de Kock as she scrambled in front of the net to slap the ball past the 'keeper in the first 35.
Connecticut quickly tied up the contest as they fired a shot in the upper right corner of the net. They then took the lead when they placed the ball in the right corner again on a penalty corner.
