LONG BEACH, Calif. - The Pacific Tigers finished the Del Walker Intercollegiate in third place after today's +6 round, giving them their highest finish of the season. Pacific was one of just four teams in the 15-team tournament that shot under +10 today. The Tigers were a full five strokes ahead of fourth place as one of just three teams to finish better than +30.
Tyler Burnes led the way with his best showing of the year in just his third tournament. Burnes started the Del Walker with a 68 in round one and ended at +2 overall, good for sixth, the second-highest individual finish of the year for a Tiger.
