STOCKTON, Calif. - Behind Jenelle Grant's 19 rebounds, the Pacific women's basketball team took care of the Cal State Fullerton Titans Monday evening, 81-65 at the Alex G. Spanos center. The Tigers shot 42% and went 14-18 from the free throw line and the Orange and Black were able to take advantage of the Titans 22 turnovers and turned them into 21 points.
With the win, Pacific moves to 1-0 to start the season, while Fullerton moves to 1-1 after the loss.
The first half was dominated by Pacific who, after 55 seconds, never trailed again in the game.
