STOCKTON, Calif. - The Pacific men's tennis team handed No. 43 Portland their first West Coast Conference loss and second loss of the season Friday afternoon at the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center. The Tigers overthrew the Pilots, 4-3 in a gripping back and forth contest.
Portland took the doubles point with Mathieu Garcia and Pierre Garcia taking down Bernardo Oliveira and Lance Ngo, 6-0 to get an early start. In second doubles, Alex Giannini and Miguel Diaz took care of Jamie Fisher and Alex Wallace, 6-4 to even the score.
