LOS ANGELES, Calif. - No. 8 Pacific pulled off an 11-6 victory over LMU Friday afternoon. The Tigers scored four straight in the third and limited the Lions to just one goal in the final two periods to secure the victory. Pacific starts the weekend off on a good note, clinching it's first match of their three-game roadtrip.
The Orange and Black move to 9-6 on the year following the match and 2-0 in the Golden Coast Conference. LMU drops to an overall record of 12-14 and 2-1 in GCC play.
LMU controlled the pace of the match early on as it opened with the first goal of the match in the sixth minute and scored a late goal with 1:16 to go to hold a 2-1 edge against the Tigers.
