STOCKTON, Calif. – The University of the Pacific women's cross-country team is slated to tie for seventh with Saint Mary's University, according to the West Coast Conference coaches poll.
The Tigers had a career best finish last season, breaking numerous records. Jasmine Gonzales is a top-returner for the Orange and Black. Gonzales posted two personal-best times last season with a 19:32.0 at the Big Wave Invitational and a 21:44.2 at the NCAA DI West Region Championships.
Saira Purhar also returns for the Tigers, alongside Gonzales. Purhar set a career-mark in the 5K at the Big Wave Invitational with a 19:36.
