MORAGA, Calif. - The women's softball team split their double header with Saint Mary's on Saturday. The Tigers won their first matchup, 9-5, and fell to the SMC, 5-6, in the second half of their double header to end their two-game stretch on Saturday afternoon.
The Orange and Black move to 19-27 on the year, 8-6 in conference. Saint Mary's drops to 14-31, 2-9 in WCC play.

The Tigers got things going in the first half of their double header. Samantha Owen shot a double to right field to help score Hailey Reed for a 1-0 lead in the top of the first.
