STOCKTON, Calif. - The Pacific men's water polo team were favored to finished No. 5 in the 2018 Preseason National Men's Varsity Top 20 Poll, announced by the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) this afternoon.
The Tigers earned 81 points in the preseason poll, trailing behind No. 4 Stanford (86), No. 3 Cal (89), No. 2 USC (96), and No. 1 (99) UCLA.
A team that earned it's first-ever Golden Coast Conference title in program history this past season, the reigning GCC champs look to build upon their historic year in search of a deeper NCAA Championship run.
