Pacific women's basketball (19-12) extended its season on Wednesday with its first WNIT since 2013 and looks to keep it going on Sunday with a win in the second round over Arizona (19-13) in Tucson.
Pacific got to the WNIT's round of 32 with a 77-72 over Fresno State in Fresno. The win came in head coach Bradley Davis' first postseason game. A win puts Pacific in the WNIT Third Round for the first time since 2013. The last win in the WNIT Second Round for Pacific also came on the road against a Pac-12 team when the Tigers defeated Washington on the road.
