Provo, Utah – The Pacific Tigers put up a season-high in runs as they ran over the BYU Cougars in the series finale, snapping BYU's 12-game winning streak with a 10-8 win. The last time Pacific scored at least ten runs was also against BYU in a 11-6 win on May 1, 2015. The win was Pacific's first in WCC play this year and their second road win. The Tigers never trailed in the game, handing BYU their first home loss. Pacific is now 7-12 overall and 1-2 in the WCC.
After putting up quality starts in all three of his previous starts as well as picking up his first career save in a relief appearance, Jake Jenkins once again looked strong.
