The Pacific men’s soccer team was selected to compete in the NCAA Tournament on Monday.
The players and coaches watched the NCAA selection show in a conference room at Pacific's athletic department offices.
The Tigers will make their first ever NCAA appearance and play at 7 p.m. Thursday at Cal State Northridge. The winner will play Sunday at No. 5 Stanford.
"We're very excited about being selected to the national tournament," coach Ryan Jorden said following the selection show. "Really felt like based on the body of work that our guys have done this year that we deserve to be in.
