Stockton, Calif. – The Pacific men's soccer team kick off their NCAA Tournament this Thursday at 7 PM as they take on host Cal State Northridge. This is the first NCAA Tournament bid in the history of the program, and the first NCAA Tournament appearance for Pacific since 2013 when the men's water polo team made the NCAA Finals.
The Tigers capped off their season this past weekend with a 1-1 draw against Gonzaga and enter the tournament with a 12-3-2 overall record, 4-1-2 in West Coast Conference action. Pacific will join the Portland Pilots, who earned the WCC automatic qualifier, as the only conference institutions participating in the tournament.
