STOCKTON, Calif. - The Pacific women's softball team wrapped out their three-game homestand at Bill Simoni Field with a 2-0 loss to Utah State on Wednesday.
The Tigers' loss puts them with a record of 8-10 heading to the OSU Hall of Fame Classic this weekend. Utah State improves to 8-7 following their win Wednesday night.
"It wasn't the result we'd hoped for but our guys battled tonight and played a very clean game overall," Head Coach Brian Kolze said. "This [game] helped us in a way because it's how we're going to have to play against some good teams this weekend.
