PALO ALTO, Calif. - The Pacific softball team fell to Stanford in the first day of the Demarini Invitational.
Following a night of showers and rain delay, the Tigers dropped a 6-1 decision Thursday night against the Pac-12 hosts. UOP moves to 2-4 on the season while the Cardinal improve to 5-1.
The Orange and Black return to Boyd and Jill Smith Family Field tomorrow morning with a 10:00 AM matchup against Portland State (2-4) and 12:15 PM game against Colorado State (3-1).
