HONOLULU, Hawaii – The University of the Pacific women's tennis team fell to the University of Hawaii on Wednesday afternoon, 5-1.
Due to weather, the match began with singles in hopes of dodging the rain but was suspended on Tuesday, March 13, and resumed on Wednesday with singles. No doubles were played, due to the extra point not being needed.
Dohee Lee won No. 2 singles in a pair of 6-2 decisions, claiming the only point for the Tigers. Lee's win tied the match, 1-1, before the next singles matches finished, with UH claiming the next four for the victory.
