Pacific women's tennis (4-9, 1-3 WCC) hosted a nationally-ranked team for the second straight day, but came up short in a 4-1 loss to No. 43 Loyola Marymount.
The Tigers won the doubles point to start the day with wins on courts two and three, but lost matches on courts three, four, six and one to fall to the Lions.
In doubles on court two, junior Anneroos Nederstigt and freshman Jacquie Tan won 6-2 and juniors Karina Vyrlan and Anna Ramos Vinolas continued to roll in doubles with a 6-1 win on court one to give the Tigers a 1-0 lead.
