Stockton, Calif. – The Pacific women's soccer team dropped a heartbreaker to the visiting San Diego Toreros 2-1 in overtime Thursday night. The loss brings the Tigers to 1-13-1 overall, 1-6 in WCC play while the Toreros go to 9-7-1, 4-3 in conference action. This was the second-consecutive overtime loss for the Tigers, but head coach Kerri Scroope likes the progress on the pitch.
"If you watch this team from the beginning of the year until now you see a very noticeable difference," says head coach Kerri Scroope. "It's two heartbreaking losses for us but eventually the bounces will be ours.
