STOCKTON — Tyler Williams' full-court heave at the buzzer went off the back rim and the biggest sigh of relief in Spanos Center history was released by a crowd of 1,536 and the Pacific men's basketball team.
The Tigers (9-17, 3-10 West Coast Conference) came back from a 14-point deficit in the first half, built a 12-point lead in the second half and held on to beat the Toreros 61-58 to snap a seven-game losing streak on Thursday night. Pacific hadn't previously won a game since Jan. 12 against Pepperdine.
