Tigers Edge Cougars, 67-66

STOCKTON, Calif. – The Pacific men's basketball team shot 52 percent from the field, led by sophomore guard Jahlil Tripp with an 8-for-13 effort, to earn a 67-66 upset over visiting BYU Saturday night at the Alex G. Spanos Center.

The Tigers snag just their second victory against the Cougars in the Spanos Center since Feb. 13, 2014 and are 3-6 against the Cougars since rejoining the West Coast Conference that same season.

Pacific is now 7-10 overall and 2-2 in WCC play. BYU falls to 13-4 overall, also 2-2 against its conference foes.
