STOCKTON, Calif. - Five women's softball players were awarded All-WCC honors on Tuesday, the conference announced. Hailey Reed and Marissa Young took All-WCC Second Team honors and Sydney Lahners, Samantha Owen, and Talli Shepherd were named to the All-WCC First Team.
"What a great honor for our players," Head Coach Brian Kolze stated. "I am really proud and glad that they were recognized for the tremendous seasons they had in conference."
Lahners earned her third All-Conference selection, second WCC-First-Team selection after a stellar senior campaign. The senior first baseman posted 10 home runs, 44 RBI, and held a batting average of .
