FOLSOM, Calif. – The Pacific women's beach volleyball team came up short of a victory on Saturday afternoon, after falling to Sacramento State (4-1) and UC Davis (4-1) to close out Sacramento State Beach Invitational play.
The Tigers continue to look for their first victory on the season, falling to 0-9.
Pacific's No. 4 flight, which included Riley Patterson and Allison Dennemann, snagged its second and third victories of the weekend. The pair first earned a sweeping win over Sacramento State's Kayla Subbert and Paige Calvin with set scores of 21-15 and 21-10.
