Last Saturday at Knoles Field, the Pacific men’s soccer team finished their schedule with a heart-wrenching loss on Senior Night. The Tigers fell 3-2 in overtime at the hands of the Gonzaga Bulldogs.
The Tigers started out strong, striking first with a goal by midfielder/forward Gaku Lange ’18 after 21 minutes of play in the first half. Lange, who led the Tigers this season with three goals, took a perfect pass from forward Collin Bettencourt ’18 and slipped the ball past the charging Bulldog goalie and into the back left corner of the net.
Gonzaga evened the score with a goal by Jalen Crisler in the 32nd minute.
