Stockton, Calif. - On a picturesque Tuesday evening on the University of the Pacific campus, the Pacific Softball team (16-3) powered past the visiting UC Davis Aggies (11-16) by a final tally of 9-0 in five innings, putting together a complete performance that highlighted all three facets of the game.
The Orange and Black scored in every inning of the contest, making quick work of the Aggies, who suffered a second consecutive defeat at the hands of Pacific.
The Tigers were buoyed offensively by Rachel Sellers, who went 3-3 with a double, a home run and four RBI, as well as Nicole Zapotoczny, who went 2-3 with a double and two RBI.
