STOCKTON, Calif. - The men's water polo team claimed the No. 1 seed for this upcoming GCC Tournament, the conference announced on Sunday night.
Pacific claims back-to-back first seeded rankings following their 2017 GCC Championship run last season. The Tigers (11-11, 1-4) will have a first round bye and face off against the winner of No. 4 UC Irvine (8-150 and No. 5 San Jose State (6-17, 0-5) on Saturday, Nov. 17th.
Due to the Southern California fires, the GCC Tournament will be hosted by Long Beach State at Lindgren's Aquatics Center. The Tournament was previously hosted by Pepperdine at Raleigh Runnels Memorial Pool.
