STOCKTON, Calif. - After three fast break layups from Chelsea Lidy and a three pointer from Desire Finnie in the fourth quarter, the Tigers made a tremendous comeback in the last eight minutes of the contest to top Lamar, 80-75.
With a tough second quarter for the Tigers, Pacific went into the locker room at halftime down 35-33. Lamar came out with a 26-18 point third quarter and the Tigers saw themselves at a 10-point disadvantage. The Orange and Black found their tenacity and the seniors led them to a 29 point fourth quarter as they went on a 7-0 run over 90 seconds and held the Cardinals to convert only 26% (4-15) of their shots in the last 10 minutes to help lead them to victory.
