Tigers Baseball Falls In Extras In Game One

San Luis Obispo, Calif. – The Pacific Tigers fell in extra innings in the first game of a doubleheader Saturday. Pacific had 16 hits but scored just 6 runs, losing 7-6 to the Cal Poly Mustangs after a walkoff single in the bottom of the tenth inning ended the game.

Freshman Ricky Reynoso made his collegiate debut for the Tigers, starting the game and going 6 innings. Reynoso fought through early jitters that saw Cal Poly take a 3-0 lead in the first. Reynoso was unhittable for after that, retiring 12 straight after giving up a triple to start the second inning.
