Stockton, Calif. – The Pacific men's water polo team advanced to the GCC Championships after topping Long Beach State 12-11 on Saturday night. The victory propels the Tigers to a 19-6 record overall and they will await the winner of #1 UC Santa Barbara/ #4 Pepperdine for the final which kicks off tomorrow at 5 PM.
Aleksandar Petrovic led all scorers with four goals and Luis Araya added three more in the win. Engin Ege Colak and Ikko Saito both added two and goalie Alen Osmanovic added nine saves between the posts.
