WAIKOLOA, Hawaii – The Pacific men's golf team tied for 16th with Stanford on day one of the Amer Ari Invitational at the Waikoloa Kings' Course in Waikoloa, Hawaii.
The Tigers wrapped up the first round shooting a two-over par (290) for the day. Austin Fox leads the Tigers with two-under par 70 through the first 18 holes. Fox was even through his first five holes. He bogeyed on three of his first four holes on the back nine, before wrapping up the first round with birdies on holes 18, 1, 2, and 4.
Tyler Burnes also shot under par on the day, finishing with a 71.
