LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Junior women's water polo player, Viktoria Tamas, won the NCAA Elite 90 award for the 2018 NCAA Women's Water Polo Championship Thursday night.
A prestigic honor which recognizes student-athletes who have reached the pinnacle of competition at the national championship level as well as achieving the highest academic standard among his or her peers, Szmodics was presented with the award during the NCAA Women's Water Polo Championship banquet held at the Galen Center at USC.
The junior from Kerepes, Hungary, Tamas carries a 4.0 grade point average while majoring in Business Administration.
