Artyom Zagidulin is loving his trip to Colorado.
For the second night in a row, the Russian goaltender led the Stockton Heat over the Colorado Eagles, 4-2 on Saturday night at Budweiser Events Center in Loveland, Colo. It’s the first time the Heat has won its first two road games of a season.
Zagidulin had 32 saves and improved to 2-0-0 with a 2.00 goals against average.
Matthew Phillips, Zac Leslie, Buddy Robinson and captain Byron Froese scored for Stockton, which plays its home opener on Oct. 12 against the San Diego Gulls at Stockton Arena.
