San Bruno, Calif. - For a third consecutive season, the Pacific Softball team has been picked to finish second in the West Coast Conference, the conference office announced in a release Wednesday afternoon. In addition, freshman Molly Bourne and senior Nicole Zapotoczny have been selected to the All-WCC Preseason team.
Pacific received 19 votes in the preseason poll, second only to Brigham Young, which garnered 25 votes. Brigham Young received five first place votes while the Tigers received the other.
Bourne, from Whittier, Calif, made an immediate impact on the WCC softball scene in her freshman season, finishing conference play with a .
