STOCKTON, Calif. - Tristan Blackmon was named West Coast Conference men's soccer Defender of the Year and six other Tigers earned All-WCC accolades Tuesday.
Blackmon, Camden Riley and Wouter Verstraaten were named First Team All-WCC, while Tariq Branche, Bob Groenendijk and Andres Ochoa each were named Honorable Mention. Charles Brewah earned All-Freshman team honors.
The Tigers finished 12-4-2 overall and earned the program's second-straight NCAA berth.
Blackmon led the Tigers backline which held opponents to a 1.09 goals against average. He also chipped in a pair of goals and a pair of assists offensively.
