STOCKTON, Calif. - Tiger alumnus Sandra Padilla, '17, has been selected to represent Team USA at the 2017 World University Games, which take place this month in Taiwan.
Team USA will compete in Pool A with Taiwan, Korea and Argentina. Play commences on Aug. 18th against Korea with Team USA then taking on Taiwan on the 20th before wrapping up pool play on the 22nd against Argentina. The gold medal match will be on Aug. 28th.
A four-year stalwart on the backline for the Tigers, Padilla has helped Pacific secure four shutout victories over her career.
