STOCKTON, Calif. -- Miles Reynolds scored 25 points and hit the game-winning jump shot with 3.5 seconds remaining to lift Pacific over Portland 60-58 on Saturday night.
Pacific (13-14, 8-6 West Coast Conference) rebounded from a 10-point loss to No. 12 Gonzaga on Thursday and has won three of its last four games. Portland (10-17, 4-10) has lost two straight.
Portland's D'Marques Tyson made three straight 3-pointers and Franklin Porter added another and the Pilots led 58-55 with 58 seconds to play. Reynolds made three free throws to tie it at 58, but on the Pilots' next possession, Malcolm Porter stepped out of bounds with 11.
