STOCKTON, Calif. - Five Pacific student-athletes were honored by the West Coast Conference on its 2016-17 WCC Women's Tennis All-Academic Team.
Maayan Sela earned All-Academic Team honors while Yuki Asami, Anneroos Nederstigt, Sabrina Rodriguez and Cristina Saenz de Buruaga Ruiz each received All-Academic Honorable Mention.
A student-athlete must maintain a 3.20 cumulative grade point average while also significantly contributing to their team.
Sela held a 3.63 throughout the season majoring in Business Administration while posting eight wins in singles and doubles at the No. 1 spot.
