STOCKTON, Calif. - A pair of first half goal by Jessica Fogel helped the Pacific women's soccer team take down visiting Portland State 3-1 on Sunday afternoon. Sigrid Aas added two assists and Henriikka Mäkelä notched her first collegiate victory between the posts.
"We went to our bench today and our bench did exactly what we needed them to do. Jessica Fogel stepping in with two big goals, and Siggy (Aas) stepping up putting the ball where it needs to go," said head coach Kerri Scroope. "Overall it was a great team effort for us to get the win.
